The Center for Early Relationships Support (CERS) offers a comprehensive network of home visits, consultations, therapeutic sessions, and group programs to support parents and caregivers of infants and young children. Our services focus on building secure attachments between children and their caregivers which lays the foundation for healthy development. By nurturing the strengths of parents and caregivers, we promote strong, resilient family bonds. Originally founded to support the transition into parenthood, CERS now delivers intensive therapeutic services for families navigating attachment difficulties related to trauma, emotional changes, and life's many challenges.
Position Summary:
As a leader within the division, the Clinical Director for CERS champions the highest standards in perinatal and infant mental health across all programs. This role calls for a dynamic professional with deep expertise in Perinatal and Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) and Reflective Supervision, proven experience delivering impactful home and community-based services, and an unwavering commitment to nurturing relationships between caregivers and young children.
