Girls on the Run International is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. We inspire girls across the United States and Canada to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. As a physical activity-based positive youth development program, our evidence-based curriculum is designed to enhance girls’ social, psychological, and physical skills and behaviors to successfully navigate life experiences.

POSTITION SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the development, execution, and evolution of the organization’s digital marketing strategy across social, email and web properties to drive engagement, expand our participant and volunteer base, increase brand loyalty, and improve our financial performance. The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and is passionate about our mission.

Track and analyze performance and identify best use of resources, developing both strategic and tactical recommendations.

Manage HQ website to maximize performance and conversion.
Social Media
Develop and execute social media strategy and engage followers to achieve organizational goals in collaboration with Communications & PR Manager.

While this position is remote, Girls on the Run strives to provide our staff with opportunities for meaningful in-person connection throughout the year including staff gatherings, professional development opportunities and organization-wide conferences. Employees are always encouraged, and in occasional instances required, to participate in and contribute to these events.

This is a remote, exempt, full-time position at 40 hours per week, offering a compensation range of $62,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
