The Diabetes Link is the only national nonprofit organization dedicated exclusively to young adults living with diabetes. Founded by and for young adults, The Link delivers trusted, real-life support and resources that reflect how young adults actually live via the platforms, formats, and cultural touchpoints that shape their daily lives. Through a national network of campus and community chapters and a highly engaged online community, The Link creates connection and belonging on campus, off campus, online, and in everyday life. The Senior Marketing and Communications Coordinator will support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring the organization’s messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our mission to raise awareness, drive engagement, and support advocacy, education, and fundraising goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, creative, and organized, with a passion for making an impact through strategic marketing.
The Senior Marketing and Communications Coordinator reports to and works closely with the Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy.

The Diabetes Link is a fully remote organization. The Senior Marketing and Communications Coordinator position is an exempt full-time position with benefits.
The Diabetes Link offers a comprehensive compensation package including a competitive base salary and a wide array of benefits. Benefits for full-time exempt employees include:
The pay scale for this position is $62,000-$78,000, and is based on experience.
