    • Provide direct immigration legal services to clients and community members, including full-scope representation before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and state and federal courts; limited-scope representation and pro se assistance for individuals vulnerable to enforcement or removal; and comprehensive immigration legal consultations.
    • Lead and participate in community-based legal work, including legal orientations, Know-Your-Rights presentations, workshops, clinics, and off-site initiatives, both directly and in a supervisory capacity.

    • Support administration and management of ACILEP legal programs at Centro, including project coordination, staff oversight, monitoring of case deliverables, and data tracking and reporting.
    • Develop and maintain partnerships with ACILEP coalition members and local, regional, and national partners, including participation in coalition meetings, delivery of trainings on immigration law and policy, engagement with funders and stakeholders, and collaboration on policy, funding, and litigation initiatives under the direction of ACILEP’s Managing Attorney.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by managing or directing attorneys within Centro’s Immigrants’ Rights Practice.
