The Massachusetts Biotechnology Education Foundation (MassBioEd) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that builds a sustainable life sciences workforce through education, training, and partnership. Our programs support individuals at all stages of their careers — from the classroom to the workplace — helping to strengthen and grow the life sciences industry across the region.

The Opportunity:

MassBioEd offers short-format professional training courses designed to help individuals strengthen their skills and advance within the life sciences sector. We are seeking experienced instructors to deliver engaging, applicable learning experiences for a broad audience of industry professionals.

Our instructors bring expertise in a range of areas, including science, technology, leadership, management, and business operations. They play a vital role in supporting MassBioEd’s mission through these fee-based programs, which help fund our broader education and workforce initiatives.

Ideal Candidates:

• Have significant experience in the life sciences or a related field
• Can communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Are skilled at engaging adult learners
• Have prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience
• Are enthusiastic about helping others develop their careers

This is a part-time, contract-based opportunity with flexible scheduling.
