- Support staff and facilitate communication within the team.
- Maintain compliance with Safe Church policies and ensure confidentiality.
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all who contact or visit the church office.
- Work collaboratively with the rector, staff, vestry, and volunteers to further the mission and ministry of the church.

- Commitment to inclusion, confidentiality, and teamwork.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets and email.
- Proficiency in communication tools and graphic design (Canva, Constant Contact, WordPress, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and good humor.
- Familiarity with the Episcopal Church is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
- At least two years of administrative experience (or a comparable combination of education and experience).
- A strong writer and editor with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team—with a consistently positive and professional demeanor.
- Must complete Safe Church Training within six months of hire; employment is contingent on a satisfactory background check.
