Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Job #1 Recruiting, supervising, building, and motivating a volunteer logistics team for both in person and virtual events.

- Overseeing the scouting, finding and securing of multiple local training sites, being the clear point of contact with site leadership and understanding of ground rules, points of entry, and space on and off limits to canvassers and staff. Assess the quality and availability of each of the below items at the canvass training site.
- Overseeing materials preparation, including purchase and delivery, loading and unloading before and after the canvass, supporting data team as needed with uploading, digitizing. Post-canvass sort and inventory materials for next canvass date; order supplies as needed using standard checklist.
- Maintain and update voter engagement records using voter databases and CRM tools (e.g., VAN, Mobilize, etc, etc.), ensuring accurate tracking of canvassing data and results.
- Acting as a liaison, and backup, for turf cutting/data teams with canvassing operations, ensuring that canvassers are provided appropriate areas, up-to-date turf maps and voter information.
- Update and track the results of canvassing efforts, ensuring that data is entered in a timely and accurate manner and providing insights into campaign effectiveness.
- Communicate with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any issues that arise during canvassing activities. Communicating needs to other team members, and understanding theirs.
- Attend and participate in strategy and team meetings to provide administrative input and assist with field operations.
- Learning, improving and teaching our systems, and finding roles for people to fit into inside of them.
- Work with organizers to manage volunteer events: Running reports on who we are recruiting, actual participants, and no-shows.
- Overseeing list management to support volunteer recruitment efforts and canvassing efforts.

- Experience working with and managing volunteers.
- Passion for constructively countering the forces of demagoguery, violent extremism and voter suppression.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills. Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds, curiosity, and genuine interest in others.Willingness to learn and constantly improve.
- Willingness to work in the field, including some evenings and weekends. A driver's license, and a working car, physical ability to do some heavy lifting.
- Systems Thinker - someone who can learn current systems and have ability to propose and develop systems to increase capacity of the organization
- Computer savvy – Knowledge of campaign related software excel spreadsheets and data bases a plus.
- Willing to work in person and remotely as appropriate to specific tasks

The starting salary for this position is $70,000 and is commensurate with experience. CTC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, cell phone reimbursement, retirement, and paid vacation.
