Farmer Hotline Operator, Full-time or Part-time

Farm Aid has two positions open to join our Farmer Hotline Team, one is full-time (35 hours per week) and the other is part-time (18 hours per week). Farm Aid's Hotline Team is comprised of four Hotline Operators, the Hotline Program Manager and the Farmer Resources Network Manager. Farmer Hotline Operators support Farm Aid’s Farmer Services program by operating the Farm Aid Hotline on an ongoing basis, providing a listening ear to farmers and connecting them to the resources they need. Hotline Operators serve as a critical bridge to farmers and rural communities throughout the country and assist in advancing Farm Aid’s assessment of the needs of farmers nationwide and the availability of services to meet those needs.
