    About Revitalize San Pedro Partnership:

    Revitalize San Pedro Partnership (RSPP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and accredited Main Street America program dedicated to revitalizing Albuquerque's San Pedro corridor between Central Avenue and I-40. RSPP works with businesses, property owners, residents, government agencies, and community partners to promote economic vitality, placemaking, preservation, and community development.

    Position Overview:

    RSPP seeks a dynamic, collaborative, and self-motivated Executive Director to lead its corridor revitalization efforts in partnership with its Board of Directors.

    The Executive Director reports to the Board, with the Board President serving as the primary point of contact, and is responsible for implementing RSPP's Work Plan and Economic Transformation Strategies consistent with the Main Street Approach.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead economic vitality, design, promotion, and organizational development initiatives.
    • Implement corridor improvement, placemaking, business engagement, and revitalization projects.
    • Build productive relationships with local businesses, property owners, government agencies, and community organizations.
    • Work with the Board to pursue grants, donations, public funding, and other resource development opportunities.
    • Manage day-to-day operations, project schedules, communications, and organizational activities.
    • Support Board committees, volunteers, and community events.
    • Maintain organizational records and collaborate with the Treasurer and Finance Committee on budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
    • Prepare reports and recommendations for the Board and ensure compliance with New Mexico MainStreet and Main Street America accreditation requirements.
    • Maintain RSPP's website, social media, and public communications.
    • Participate in required MainStreet training and professional development.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
    • Experience in nonprofit management, community development, economic development, MainStreet programs, or a related field.
    • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Experience in fundraising, grant writing, resource development, or grant administration.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a volunteer Board, community partners, and diverse stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with budgeting, organizational administration, and financial oversight.
    • Self-motivated, outgoing, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
    • Economic development experience is preferred.
    • Spanish/English bilingual fluency is a plus.

    Compensation and Location:

    Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

    Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico.
