Sound Future is a fast-paced, high-integrity nonprofit on a mission to accelerate sustainable solutions in the music industry and beyond. Our flagship Surf and Turf Restoration Project partners with artists, tours, venues, and festivals to restore land and ocean ecosystems through scalable, measurable initiatives.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Executive & Operations Assistant to keep our leadership team organized, ensure follow-through across the organization, and help us scale our impact.
Role Overview
The Executive & Operations Assistant is the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll directly support leadership by managing scheduling, emails, and follow-ups, while also keeping team tasks, CRM data, and documentation organized.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on structure, loves checklists, and enjoys turning chaos into clarity. You’ll have visibility into nearly every area of our work and play a key role in keeping Sound Future running smoothly.
This is a rapidly growing org with room to for professional growth within your role. It is a remore / hybrid role with the ability to work from home most of the time, with occasional in-person meetings in Denver. You will have lots of exposure to leadership with direct collaboration with our CEO and COO, giving you a chance to learn nonprofit management firsthand. We are mission driven and excited to tackle meaningful, measureable restoration work. We regularly work with festivals, concerts, and venues so there is also access to events through working with us.
Must be fluent in English - both spoken and written.
