Development Director Overview
The Development Director will lead CHNW’s fundraising strategy, focusing on diversifying revenue beyond public grants and fostering a culture of philanthropy. As a new position within the organization, this role represents a strategic investment in expanding CHNW’s development capacity. This role manages major donor relationships, oversees grant programs, and drives strategic fundraising initiatives, including campaigns and special events. Working closely with the Executive Director and Affordable Rents for College Students (ARCS) Director, the Development Director will build strong partnerships, develop compelling donor communications, and ensure fundraising operations are efficient, ethical, and aligned with CHNW’s mission.
