Clinical Supervisor

ABC’s Mental Health Programs strive to provide equity and social justice in mental health. Our Fast Break Article 31 Clinic is seeking a full time Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team. Our talented team consists of licensed therapists and parent advocates, and is overseen by ABC’s Board-certified Child Psychiatrist and a senior-level LCSW.

Under the direction of the Director of Mental Health Clinics, the clinical supervisor will:

Supervisory Duties:

• Provide direct weekly supervision to clinical staff, both licensed and permitted
• Provide oversight on all documentation for assigned therapists, including reviewing and signing progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, and supervisory case reviews
• Maintain accurate documentation of weekly supervision and team meetings
• Be available to staff for consultation on challenging client issues and clinical emergencies

Direct Services:

• Conduct evaluations & diagnostic assessments for incoming clients
• Maintain a small clinical caseload of children to remain current in practice & technique
• Participate in on-call rotation as a supervisor

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be an LCSW
• Computer proficiency and comfort using technology
• Experience providing clinical services to children and families
• Bilingual English Spanish is highly desired
• SIFI Certification a plus but not required (We are prepared to train new supervisors!)
