    • Stay current on best practices and trends in philanthropy and major gifts to continuously strengthen strategy and performance.
    • Support donor-facing events and community engagements by representing SR3 professionally and expanding visibility through networks and partnerships.
    • Ensure strong donor retention, prioritizing excellent stewardship and long-term relationship building.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • 3–5+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or sales, including a proven track record closing five- and six-figure gifts from individual donors.
    • Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships and inspire philanthropic support through clear, mission-driven communication.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and donor communications.
    • Strategic, results-oriented fundraiser with the ability to set goals, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
