    The Bretton Woods Committee (BWC), the preeminent non-profit organization dedicated to executive global economic and financial cooperation, seeks a Chief Growth Officer to join our team and support our international growth and expansion as an organization. We work to strengthen the multilateral institutions at the heart of the global economic system through policy engagement, convenings, and analytical work.

    Our global membership spans leaders from business, finance, government, and academia, offering unparalleled expertise. We provide an independent, non-partisan platform for dialogue and policy analysis to improve the effectiveness and capacity of international financial institutions (IFIs).

    Position Overview

    The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will serve as a key member of the executive management team, collaborating closely with the Board of Directors, responsible for driving organizational growth through innovative revenue generation and diversification strategies. This role will lead efforts to strengthen and expand relationships with corporate members, identify and implement new revenue streams for growth, elevate the organization’s brand visibility globally, and articulate a compelling value proposition in the global economic policy arena.

    Job Responsibilities

    Revenue Strategy & Diversification

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue generation strategy that includes new streams and diversification opportunities for financial scaling.
    • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and other growth initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Corporate Membership Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate members, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
    • Lead recruitment and retention strategies for corporate membership, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends.
    • Clearly articulate and strengthen the organization’s value proposition to attractand retain corporate members.

    Brand Strategy & Marketing

    • Oversee the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies to enhance organizational visibility and influence globally.
    • Position the organization as a thought leader in global economic policy through strategic partnerships, events, and content.

    Board Engagement

    • Report to the Board of Directors on growth strategies, performance metrics, and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Advisory Council to leverage their networks and influence for revenue generation and strategic partnerships.

    Leadership & Collaboration

    • Work closely with the CEO and executive management team to align growth initiatives with overall organizational strategy.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on growth, marketing, and member engagement.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue generation and diversification strategies.
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior executives, corporate leaders, and other high-level stakeholders.
    • First-rate communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Strong understanding of global economic policy and interest in shaping conversations at the intersection of business and policy.
    • Dynamic, strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, marketing,communications, or related leadership roles.

    Personal Attributes

    • Experience in membership-based organizations or associations.
    • Global perspective and ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments.
