Position Overview
The Center seeks a part-time Director of Marketing & Creative Content to lead digital marketing strategy, content development, and brand execution across platforms. This role requires both strong marketing expertise and the ability to creatively articulate the Center’s distinctive vision. The Director will oversee campaigns, manage digital communications, and produce compelling visual and written content that advances audience engagement and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support programs, events, and fundraising
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth and engagement
Content & Communications
- Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional copy
- Oversee social media strategy, scheduling, and engagement
- Produce and adapt content across web, email, and social platforms
- Collaborate on mission-driven media, including video and podcast content
Design & Brand Management
- Design graphics and visual assets for programs, campaigns, and communications
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Support ongoing rebranding and digital asset updates
Website & Digital Platforms
- Manage website updates, event pages, and published content
- Ensure accuracy and accessibility of online materials
Events & Programs
- Support promotion and delivery of webinars, courses, and conferences
- Coordinate communications, materials, and follow-up content
Operations & Support
- Manage shared inbox and respond to general inquiries
- Maintain CRM records and support registration processes
- Compile marketing and engagement reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or social media management
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
- Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Interest in theology, philosophy, science, or spirituality
- Experience with video production or podcasting

Compensation & Details
- Part-time (20–25 hours per week)
- Compensation commensurate with experience
- Remote, with occasional in-person event support
