Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, phone screens, interview scheduling, and offer extensions.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department leads to define role requirements, establish interview criteria, and align on hiring timelines.
• Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing timely feedback, clear communication, and professional representation of the company brand.
• Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct structured preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, cultural alignment, and salary expectations.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source quality, cost-per-hire).
• Employer Branding & Events: Represent the company at university hiring events, career fairs, and networking functions to promote employer brand visibility.
