Preorders + Partnerships Manager — Discovery Cards Launch

    Moving Rasa Discovery Cards Launch

    Contract · Part-time · 6-week sprint · NYC preferred (hybrid) or remote

    Overview

Moving Rasa is launching Moving Rasa Discovery Cards, a premium reflection deck that is tarot-adjacent and designed for personal growth, embodied inquiry, and community practice.

We are hiring a hands-on Preorders + Partnerships Manager to help grow our waitlist, fill two pre-launch Founding Supporter workshops, build aligned collaborations, and most importantly convert early supporters into deck preorders.

Important: The funnel strategy, core messaging, and primary email sequence are being developed internally. This role focuses primarily on preorder generation, waitlist growth, community outreach, partnership building, workshop enrollment, and campaign coordination.

This role is deck launch focused only. Coaching and 1:1 services are not in scope.

    Pre-Launch Workshops

Before printing the deck, we will host two in-person Founding Supporter Intro Workshops using a Workshop Canvas Pack and preview card images.

    • May — NYC
    • June — California

The founder will lead the workshop content.

This role focuses on promotion, outreach, partnerships, enrollment, and helping convert workshop momentum into preorders.

    Primary Outcomes

By the end of the 6-week sprint, we have:

    • Strong waitlist growth with clear lead-source tracking
    • Deck preorders actively coming in
    • May NYC workshop filled or strongly on track
    • June California workshop actively filling
    • 2–4 aligned collaborations booked
    • A clear partner and outreach pipeline established
    • Weekly reporting on waitlist growth, workshop registrations, and preorder conversions
    • A clear launch calendar through the summer

    Time & Compensation

    • 8–12 hours/week for 6 weeks
    • $3,000–$4,500 total, depending on experience
    • Optional milestone bonus tied to measurable outcomes

    Core Responsibilities

    Waitlist Growth + Preorder Conversion

Drive qualified traffic to the waitlist, workshop registration, and preorder pages through:

    • community outreach
    • partnerships
    • practitioner networks
    • aligned organizations
    • targeted promotional campaigns
    • direct invitations to relevant communities

Track lead sources and identify which channels, communities, and messages are producing the strongest waitlist growth and preorder conversion.

    Support the path from:

    outreach → waitlist/workshop interest → deck preorder

    Partnerships + Collaborations

Build relationships with aligned communities and organizations that can help amplify the launch.

    • Identify and outreach facilitators, practitioners, community leaders, and organizations
    • Build a list of aligned collaborators in NYC, California, and online
    • Book 2–4 collaborations such as:
      • newsletter swaps
      • IG Lives or conversations
      • community presentations
      • partner-hosted workshops
      • event hosts
      • affiliates or aligned promoters

    Workshop Promotion + Enrollment

Help ensure strong enrollment for both Founding Supporter workshops.

    • Support promotion for the May NYC workshop
    • Support promotion for the June California workshop
    • Coordinate partner amplification and community outreach for each city
    • Help ensure workshop registration pages and reminders are functioning smoothly
    • Support a repeatable enrollment process that helps workshop visibility also grow the broader waitlist and preorder pipeline

    Email + Campaign Operations Support

Support implementation of internal launch assets.

    • Load and schedule campaign emails in Bloomerang
    • Support segmentation and campaign coordination
    • Help manage reminders and workshop communications
    • QA automations and flag issues
    • Recommend improvements based on performance data

    Reporting + Coordination

Maintain a simple weekly scorecard tracking:

    • traffic
    • waitlist growth
    • workshop registrations
    • preorder conversions
    • lead sources
    • campaign performance

Provide a weekly plan and recap with learnings, next steps, and recommendations.
