Boston Scores is seeking a Senior Development Officer, Corporate & Institutional Partnerships to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a leadership-level role for a relationship-centered fundraiser ready to build bold partnerships that fuel youth development through soccer, poetry, and play.
If you believe in the power of sport for social change, equity in education, and authentic relationship-building, this position might be for you. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team and help shape a more just and joyful future for Boston youth.
The SDO will focus on developing multi-year strategies and managing high-impact relationships with sponsors and funders, especially as we gear up for major initiatives like Festival 26 and the FIFA World Cup 2026. This is a chance to lead alongside a dynamic team, and make a real difference in the lives of Boston youth.
This position is based in Boston, MA and works on a hybris work schedule.

Compensación
Generous benefits & paid time off package including: 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, life insurance and long-term disability insurance; 401K plan with employer match (eligible after 1 year); 15 days of paid time off annually (incrementally increases to 30 days PTO with continued tenure); 10 paid federal holidays; approximately 1.5 weeks leave during organization-wide winter break.
Currently operating in a hybrid work environment with all staff required to work in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays plus other days as required by the responsibilities of their role.
