Position Summary:
SDOP is seeking a full-time Community Organizer to help grow faith-rooted, grassroots leadership in North San Diego County. Organizers build relationships, identify and develop new leaders within congregations, and support them in taking collective action for justice. The ideal candidate is passionate about community, grounded in a sense of moral purpose, experienced in organizing, and able to work across diverse racial, ethnic, and faith backgrounds. This role centers on developing others, supporting local campaigns, and contributing to a team committed to building a more just and equitable San Diego.
