    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and represent Mercy Learning Center professionally in advocacy and service coordination.
    • Plan, create, and host in-house social service information sessions, workshops, and presentations that help students navigate available supports.
    • Assist with the receipt, tracking, and equitable distribution of in-kind donations, maintain inventory, pantry organization, and accurate disbursement records.
    • Maintain thorough, timely, and confidential case documentation and submit routine summaries and required daily reports.
    • Collaborate with all staff, participate in meetings and professional development, and assist with student intake and registration as needed, and organization initiatives as needed.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, counseling, psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, social services, or community-based support work.

    • Strong knowledge of community resources, public benefit systems, and referral networks.
    • Experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain professional boundaries.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in adult education, nonprofit organizations, or immigrant-serving communities.
    • Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.
    • Experience developing and facilitating workshops or student presentations.
