The Office Administrator (OA) serves as hospitality specialist and central administrative support for regional staff and activities, implementing the vision and strategic plan for office facilities and communications by fostering a collaborative and relational environment among all visitors of the regional office facilities and participants of regional activities.
The ideal OA draws upon knowledge and training in the fields of office administration support, communications, and executive-level assistance, and combines these with a passion for Christian ministry.
Accrued sick leave, 11 paid holidays and earned paid vacation. After 1 year of employment, option of retirement plan. Office hours are generally 9-2 Monday-Thursday, but we can adjust for school, childcare, or other needs with prior approval from supervisor.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written. No other language experience required, but basic Spanish communication would be a welcome addition.
