UFI is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator as a key member of UFI’s external relations team to help strengthen the organization’s management of donor information systems toward strengthened stewardship practices and donor relationships. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with a passion for UFI’s mission who also works well as part of a team, applies analytical thinking to every task, and can manage multiple projects while working effectively in a fast-paced environment. The salary range is $26.00 per hour - $29.00 per hour based on experience and background.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Data Management & Information Systems
o Collect and enter gifts daily into the Little Green Light database and ensure the established protocols for gift entry are followed
o Prepare bank deposits in partnership with your manager
o Work with your manager to ensure accurate accounting and gift reconciliation on a monthly basis
Gift Acknowledgment & Donor Relations
o Send thank you emails within 48 hours of gift receipt
o Prepare weekly gift thank you and acknowledgment letters for snail mailing
o Support the preparation of President and CEO handwritten notes for all gifts and track mailing of handwritten notes
