About MarAlliance
MarAlliance works to protect threatened marine wildlife and the communities that depend on them, with a
focus on tropical coastal sharks and rays, sea turtles, and large finfish critical to fisheries. Our programs
span the Mesoamerican Reef, Southern Caribbean, and Eastern Tropical Pacific across multiple
countries, cultures, and languages. We partner with governments, communities, and NGOs to generate
science-based solutions that protect marine megafauna and their critical habitats.
MarAlliance envisions healthy tropical seas with thriving populations of marine megafauna stewarded by
people.
