FellowshipLIFE Foundation, a Philanthropic Organization that supports five Premiere Life Plan FellowshipLIFE Communities around New Jersey, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for Applewood Village, Monmouth County's leading life plan community for older adults in Freehold, New Jersey.
This position supports the efforts of FellowshipLIFE Foundation by ensuring seamless coordination of schedules across our communities throughout the region, as well as our Health and Medical, Wellness, and Home Services. The Foundation advances the FellowshipLIFE mission by providing philanthropic support which benefits each community resident and older adults throughout the region through programs, services, and community enhancements. The Foundation is committed to working in partnership with like-minded organizations in the broader community.
Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for residents, staff, and service providers across our senior living communities. Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for residents, staff, and service providers
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for medical, wellness, and home care services
- Communicating schedule updates promptly to residents, families, and team members
- Maintaining accurate scheduling records in electronic systems
- Resolving scheduling conflicts efficiently and professionally
- Collaborating with department heads to ensure adequate staffing coverage at all times
- Monitoring and tracking staff attendance and time-off requests
- Assisting with on-call scheduling and last-minute coverage needs
- Generating scheduling reports for management review
- Ensuring all scheduling activities comply with company policies and regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
- Supporting the Foundation's philanthropic scheduling needs and donor-related events
Working Hours:
- Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Your time zone)
- Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available
