Position Summary
The Director of Strategic Partnerships oversees the custom support department, business development, and strategic partnerships on behalf of TNP. As a vital member of the team, they work with the Executive Director to build and maintain strong relationships with constituencies, funders, expand customized support services, and enhance advocacy and awareness for TNP and the sector.

Our support includes affordable access to high-quality services that are needed by nonprofits today: programming and resources to strengthen individual and organizational capacity by providing leadership development, technical assistance, and backbone support, cultivating an ecosystem of skilled and effective leaders who impact through their communities, nonprofits, and public sector institutions.
TNP serves community organizations across Southern California with a focus on Long Beach, the South Bay and the Gateway Cities.
