The Vice President of Communications is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing The Tibet Fund’s fundraising communications strategy. Reporting to the President, this position sits at the intersection of development, storytelling, donor engagement, and brand to produce compelling messaging that deepens relationships and drives revenue. With more than 80% of its revenue coming from U.S. Government and pass-through funding, The Tibet Fund is building a stronger fundraising team in its New York office to expand and diversify its private funding sources. Ensure consistency of editorial standards, voice, and visual identity across all public-facing materials and channels, and maintain consistent messaging across fundraising touchpoints (email, print, digital, events, proposals). Create a brand narrative, guidelines, templates, and talking points to guide staff and board members in maintaining consistent branding. Conduct training to ensure communications are consistent and compelling and strengthen organization-wide storytelling capacity.

Develop and oversee analytics to track performance of fundraising communications and donor engagement metrics. Use data and insights to identify opportunities and refine messaging, segmentation, and campaign strategies.
