Position Overview
The Senior Manager, People & Culture supports and partners with the Vice President, People &
Culture to implement people-focused strategies and manage day-to-day human resources operations. This role is responsible for advancing core HR functions, including employee relations,
recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and people analytics, while helping foster a thriving, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
The Senior Manager also assists in the development and coordination of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) efforts, working collaboratively to embed equity principles into talent practices, communications, and organizational culture.
Job Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of People & Culture, the Senior Manager,
People & Culture will focus on and handle day-to-day management of all matters pertaining to HR
policies and procedures, including employee relations issues. Responsibilities will include the

Public Justice offers a mission-focused work environment, a teamwork-oriented approach, and a competitive compensation package. This is an exempt position with an expected annual salary range of $95,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
