    1. Support with the development of internal communications infrastructure documents and processes.
    2. Participate in organizational development and political education activities.

    1. Participate in communications coalition spaces, including the AAPI FORCE-EF Communications Committee as well as coalition field-policy-comms working groups.
    2. Support in the development of communications capacity building activities and materials.

    SHARED STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES (5%)

    1. Attend bi-weekly 2-hour staff meetings, monthly AAPI FORCE-EF Steering Committee meetings, and annual staff retreat(s). Occasionally facilitate AAPI FORCE-EF staff meeting on a rotating basis.
    2. Support and participate in campaigns, programs and organization-wide activities as needed. This position may also include spending time on organizational-wide (such as electoral campaigns) and fundraising tasks as determined by organizational priorities and your supervisor.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
    2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    3. Strong project management and time management skills.
    4. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop), Google Suite, Action Network, FigJam, web design and development tools (Wordpress, Squarespace, Webflow), and project management tools (Asana, Notion, etc.).
    5. Experience running political education and digital advocacy campaigns on social media.
    6. Excellent verbal and written skills.
    7. Ability to take ideas brainstormed by team members and create visual and/or written content within a quick turnaround time.
