Addition, Inc. is seeking a Digital Organizer for the Mother Forward Project. Mother Forward is organizing moms to win affordable childcare, paid family leave, and real support for families. We believe when moms organize, we build the power to change what’s possible for our kids.
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and driven Digital Organizer to help mobilize our diverse parent community online and turn digital energy into real-world power.
Position Overview
The Digital Organizer will lead multi-channel digital organizing efforts to engage parents, grow our base, and move moms to action across campaigns. This role blends strategy, writing, analytics, and creativity. You will help shape how Mother Forward shows up online — and how we win.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Organizing & Engagement
- Convert online follows into one-on-one conversations and funnel moms from follows to members, organizers and leaders.
- Organize, mobilize our diverse mom community through content creation via Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, Youtube, SMS, and other digital channels.
- Draft compelling copy for multi-channel outreach, including mobile messaging, email, and social.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns from strategy through launch, testing, and optimization.
- Run digital experiments and apply learnings to improve engagement and action rates.
Campaign Strategy & Visibility
- Help design creative, tactically strong digital campaigns that drive measurable impact.
- Execute high-visibility online actions and media moments that elevate our narrative.
- Develop new digital tactics that help us reach and organize more moms.
- Support overall campaign strategy to win concrete gains for families.
Storytelling & Narrative
- Identify, recruit, prepare, and support moms to share powerful stories about how policies impact their kids via Substack, YouTube, and podcast.
- Work closely with organizers to elevate authentic mom voices across platforms.
Data & Learning
- Analyze digital performance metrics and isolate key insights from campaigns and tests.
- Apply learnings quickly to improve outcomes and scale what works.
- Maintain strong project management systems to keep campaigns on track.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in digital, online, or social media organizing.
- Can dream up, plan, and execute a memorable, effective, and strategic digital campaign from start to finish.
- Write in a compelling, mom voice — especially on Messenger and mobile channels.
- Bring an analytic mindset and can extract clear insights from experiments and performance data.
- Understands meta platform and ad targeting, deployment
- Have strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Are highly self-directed and able to move projects forward independently.
- Are creative, curious, and excited to try new approaches.
- Can quickly learn new tech platforms and digital tools (canva a plus, no coding background required).
- Share a deep sense of urgency about winning relief and long-term support for working class kids and families.
