- Serve as a primary point of contact for donors, responding to inquiries and sharing timely and relevant updates
- Plan and implement stewardship and recognition efforts that communicate impact and show appreciation for donor support

- Work closely with the Chief Philanthropy Officer and colleagues across fundraising, programs, finance, communications, and events
- Document donor interactions and next steps in the CRM to support effective moves management
- Monitor portfolio performance, including donor retention and giving growth
- Use donor feedback and data to refine outreach and engagement strategies
- Contribute to team projects and other fundraising efforts as needed

- Experience planning and executing donor events and donor engagement activities
- Familiarity with moves management and donor segmentation strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build authentic donor relationships
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience using a CRM or donor database to track donor activity, manage portfolios, and support effective follow up
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
- A collaborative, team oriented approach and comfort working across departments
- A genuine interest in KenCrest’s mission and the people we serve
