This role manages FPWA’s physical office space and conference center, ensuring a safe, efficient, inclusive, and welcoming environment that supports our mission, staff, partners, and visitors.

Overview
FPWA seeks a highly organized and tech-savvy Development Operations Manager to strengthen the systems, processes, and data that drive fundraising success across institutional, corporate, individual, and board giving. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role manages FPWA’s Salesforce database, oversees all gift processing and acknowledgments, and produces reports on giving levels and donor engagement. The Manager also supports donor stewardship, fundraising campaigns, event logistics, and departmental administration, including expense tracking.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organization, efficiency, and accuracy. The ideal candidate enjoys improving systems, managing data, and ensuring operational excellence to support fundraising goals.
