Chief Financial & Operating Officer

The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL), one of New England’s leading animal welfare organizations, is seeking a full-time Chief Financial & Operating Officer to join our organization. This position is based out of our Dedham location. Now is an exciting time to join our organization as we embark on an ambitious rebuilding project of our Boston location!

What you will do:

Use your skills to make a difference by becoming a part of one of the best and oldest animal welfare organizations! Here’s how:

• • Oversee and direct ARL's finance, facilities, information technology, and business functions, including the business operations of our full-service veterinary clinic;
  • Support the work of ARL's Board of Directors, including the Finance & Audit, Investment, Retirement, and Real Estate Committees;
  • Oversee risk management, safety, security, business continuity, insurance, compliance, and the administration of legal matters;
  • Help us continue to learn and grow as a team of professionals who work hard to ensure ARL continues to provide the best care for animals in need!
