Conservation Law Foundation (CLF) is seeking a full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our Strategic Litigation program, supporting complex, high impact environmental and environmental justice litigation. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Strategic Litigation, this role works closely with attorneys and advocates on matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies across New England.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal who thrives in mission‑driven work, enjoys managing sophisticated litigation matters, and wants to contribute to transformative legal advocacy.
The position is preferred to be based in Boston, MA but being based in one of CLF’s other locations (Montpelier, VT, Providence, RI, Concord, NH, Portland, ME, or New Haven, CT) will be considered. There is also some opportunity for remote and flexible work within New England.

Salary & Benefits
CLF offers a competitive salary, extensive benefits plan, and an open, inclusive, and accepting work environment where differences are highly respected. The salary range for the position is $78,000 - $97,000 if based in Boston and $70,000 - $87,000 if based in a CLF office outside of MA; actual salary will reflect experience, qualification, and where the selected candidate is based.
