Principal / Director

Escuela Adelante seeks a dynamic, motivated and experienced Principal to lead this cutting-edge bilingual school. The ideal candidate should be experienced in running a school, and be familiar with early childhood, primary and middle school. English language fluency is required. Together with the leadership team and Academic Director the Principal will guide the school through a new multi-grade model focused on experiential learning, literacy development and food education. Candidates must be willing to wear many hats and will work with staff, local government, donors, parents and students. Ability to pivot and make creative use of funds to achieve the mission is a must. Please send a statement of interest along with resume.
