    ● Social Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive year-round social media strategy to grow the organization's reach, drive engagement, and support donor acquisition.

    ● Active Account Management: Monitor and respond to all comments, DMs, and tagged posts across all of the organization’s social media accounts; actively engage with partners by reposting content and responding to relevant news in the arts and nonprofit sectors.

    ● Scheduling & Execution: Manage the year-round editorial calendar and use a content management system to schedule posts across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

    ● Collaborative Content: Execute “collab” posts with corporate and brand partners to maximize cross-promotional visibility.

    ● Growth & Engagement: Design data-driven strategies to grow the organization's digital reach and deepen engagement with the Free Arts community.

    2. Visual Content & Asset Creation (30%)

    ● Event Photography: Attend program events, Art Parties, and Free Arts Days to capture high-quality photos and video for immediate and future use.

    ● Creative Assets: Provide design support for digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency across social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.

    ● Stakeholder Toolkits: Create persuasive, turnkey email and social media copy and assets for the Board of Directors and Patron Circle to use for major campaigns.

    ● Asset Management: Maintain and manage a comprehensive digital asset management system, ensuring all images and videos are properly archived, tagged, and accessible to the team.

    3. Multi-Channel Communications & Support (20%)

    ● Donation Page Development: Design, build, and optimize dedicated donation pages for appeals, the Annual Gala, peer-to-peer campaigns—e.g., for marathons and half-marathons—and specific program initiatives; ensure a seamless, mobile-friendly user experience.

    ● Email Marketing: Lead the production of the monthly newsletter and specialized email appeals; manage list segmentation and performance tracking.

    ● Runner Communications: In partnership with the Development Operations Associate, draft and execute targeted updates and fundraising support for marathon and half-marathon runners.

    ● Website Management: Serve as the primary editor of the website, ensuring all organizational and event information are current.

    4. Leadership & Internal Support (10%)

    ● Creative Workflow Management: Oversee the production lifecycle of visual assets, coordinating with internal and external creative resources to ensure all materials meet brand standards and project deadlines.

    ● Event Execution & Support: Support the logistics and day-of production for signature volunteer events, including Free Arts Days and Art Parties, as needed to ensure high-quality, mission-aligned execution.

    ● Team Collaboration: Work in lockstep with the Development and Program teams to ensure communications align with revenue goals and programmatic reality; attend and actively contribute to staff and Development meetings.

    ● Other Duties: Support with additional tasks and special projects as requested.
