Support and supervise elementary school participants in a dynamic afterschool environment serving children in grades K–6. Lead engaging activities in areas such as Visual Arts, Sports, STEM, Theater, and Classroom Enrichment while maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment. Assist with classroom management, student engagement, attendance tracking, and daily program operations. Collaborate with program staff to support youth development, behavior management, and academic enrichment activities. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication with staff, students, and families.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in grades K–6
- Background in Visual Arts, Sports, STEM, Theater, or Classroom Engagement preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Punctual, dependable, and accountable
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Availability Monday–Friday from 2:30 PM–6:00 PM; flexible schedules available
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Compensation:
- $19–$20 per hour
