FutureSense Foundation is looking for a Hub Manager to lead our team in Kampot, Cambodia. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a Hub, guide its people and operations, and ensure our community programmes contribute to meaningful, long-term change.

    About FutureSense Foundation

FutureSense Foundation is working to support underserved communities across 9 countries, so they can achieve their aspirations for a better future. Guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, we deliver long-term programmes on education, health, and livelihoods to create lasting change.

FutureSense Foundation is part of the FutureSense Group; a collective of purpose-driven organisations working across international youth travel, gap year programmes, and community development. We are a global team united by a shared culture and a common mission to create real social impact.

    The Opportunity

As Hub Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership, operations and performance of our Kampot Hub.

Working closely with local communities, partners and the wider FutureSense Group, you'll lead your team, oversee programme quality, manage resources and ensure the Hub operates safely and effectively.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Hub Leadership: Lead, support and develop the Hub team, setting clear priorities, managing performance and creating a collaborative working environment.
    • Strategy & Planning: Set Hub priorities and oversee plans that align with community needs and the Foundation's long-term objectives.
    • Community Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government stakeholders, schools, NGOs and other partners.
    • Programme Oversight: Ensure community programmes are relevant, effective and continually improving, working closely with the Programme Delivery Lead.
    • Operations & Financial Management: Oversee Hub operations, budgets, resources, logistics and day-to-day decision-making.
    • Safety & Safeguarding: Maintain a safe and responsible working environment, ensuring appropriate safeguarding, risk management and compliance practices.
    • Hub Development: Identify opportunities for new partnerships, programme growth and long-term sustainability.

You'll also help ensure international participants have safe, meaningful experiences that contribute to existing community development programmes.

This Could Be a Great Fit If…

    • You have experience leading teams, managing performance and supporting people to develop.
    • You've managed programmes, projects or operations, including budgets, resources and competing priorities.
    • You're confident building relationships with communities, partner organisations and external stakeholders.
    • You have strong communication skills and can work effectively across different cultures and backgrounds.
    • You're comfortable making decisions, solving problems and adapting when circumstances change.
    • You understand the importance of community-led development and creating sustainable social impact.
    • You can communicate confidently in English and Khmer, both verbally and in writing.

You don't need to tick every box. If you believe your experience and approach could make a meaningful contribution, we'd love to hear from you.
