The Better Future Project Political Manager will co-lead the Make Polluters Pay campaign, and be the lead staff support for 350 Mass legislative campaigns. The Political Manager also represents 350 Mass in coalitions and participates in coalition leadership with partner organizations. Strong candidates will have experience in grassroots organizing, managing and mobilizing coalitions, and in the legislative process, and explaining these to a general audience. This role serves as the primary contact with elected officials and facilitates connections between elected officials, the Make Polluters Pay coalition, and 350 Mass volunteers. The Political Manager will also lead the electoral work of 350 Mass Action.

Hours: Full time, 32 hours a week (4 day work week)
Start: June 1, 2026
Location: Hybrid, including virtual work and in person work at the Dojo at Somernova, 15 Properzi Way, Somerville, MA 02143. As well in intermittent in person activities in the Boston area
Salary: $62k - $70k negotiable depending on experience
