We are a remote-first team, and our work is national in scope, so our flexible working style allows our professionals to work where they have built their lives, which means Bellwether can hire the best person for each role, regardless of geography. This role can be based anywhere in the United States. We are looking for candidates who live in the Eastern through Pacific time zones and are comfortable working with a remote team across different time zones. Up to approximately 10% travel may be required.
About the Position
Bellwether has an immediate opening for a Business Systems Administrator to help maintain, improve, and support the organization’s core business systems — including Salesforce, SharePoint, and Google Workspace. This manager-level role combines hands-on technical skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach and sits on Bellwether’s Central Support team.
As Bellwether advances its strategic plan and integrates new technologies and AI tools, the Business Systems Administrator will help identify, test, and implement solutions that strengthen how we manage data, collaborate, and deliver impact.
This person will report to the Senior Manager of Business Systems and will partner closely with colleagues across functional areas to ensure Bellwether’s systems are secure, efficient, and continuously improving.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years administering Salesforce or similar business systems. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the following:
