    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that the facility is maintained, sanitary, and compliant with regulations.
    • Supervise operations staff overseeing for 24 hour security, fire safety, crisis intervention, and communications.
    • Manage on-site human recourses functions, including staff hiring, evaluation, supervision, training, and termination
    • Plan, develop and implement program policy for the facility
    • Participate in fundraising activities and lead or coordinate proposal writing.
    • Develop and implement new program components as needed.
    • Manage the collection and presentation of clients, administrative, and program data.
    • Develop and manage the annual operating budget
    • Represent agency at interagency meetings
    • Perform additional duties assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health and a LMSW or LMHC license.
    • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years supervisory and contract management experience
    • Experience working with governmental agencies
    • Extensive experience working with multi-problem families

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods.
    • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
    • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time.
    • Ability to climb five flights of stairs, if required to conduct home visits and/or fieldwork.
    • Ability to bend and retrieve objects and/or documents.
    • Ability to travel in the boroughs of New York City and its adjacent counties via public transportation.
    • Ability to travel for a minimum of 1 mile within a reasonable amount of time and in all types of weather, including inclement weather, if required to conduct home visits and/or field work
