Summary
The Associate Director of Community Participation Supports is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, design, and implementation of inclusive programming. This program bridges the gap between traditional facility-based services and community-integrated activities. The Associate Director ensures that all services foster independence, vocational readiness, and artistic expression while remaining in strict compliance with state regulations and agency standards. The Associate Director steps in for the Director in their absence and serves as a primary point of contact for complex clinical or operational issues.

Ability to work in a variety of environments, including open classrooms, office settings, and community locations. Physical capacity to support participants with mobility needs and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (e.g., art supplies, equipment, or physical assistance). This is a Full-Time, 40 hours per week, benefits eligible position. This position is full-time and
you will receive a starting wage of $25.00 per hour, subject to deductions for taxes and other
required withholdings. Your schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8 AM- 5 PM. All new
employees are subject to a 90-day introductory period. Upon completion of your first 90 days
of employment, your supervisor will provide you with an Introductory Review. Your
compensation is inclusive of the offering of the following benefits starting the first of the month
following 60 days of full-time employment.

Vacation time begins to accrue from the first of the month, the month after the employee is
hired. An employee must successfully complete the entire introductory period before vacation
time may be taken. Vacation time is calculated on a “benefit year”- the 12-month period that
begins when the employee starts to earn time.
