    Descripción

    Job Summary:

    The Project Coordinator supports the work of the Institutional Philanthropy Team staff through project coordination, team meeting and event support, and CRM data support, all while coordinating with a wide range of colleagues.

    Essential Duties:

    • Coordinates operational aspects to projects that are both internally and externally focused for the Institutional Philanthropy team of approximately 9 people with annual revenue goals of more than $12 million-$20 million.
    • Builds and maintains CRM Advanced Finds and SOP’s in support of the team.
    • Prepares lists for mailing and/or publications, ensures continuity and accuracy of data standards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Updates and tracks information pertaining to donors, volunteers, and prospects in various databases.
    • Coordinates requests with IT team for team reporting needs.
    • Coordinates with Financial Operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of donations, and requests fast pays.
    • Coordinates with Engagement Verticals to support donor events. Requests and gathers data, ensures the invitation lists are reviewed and accurate, mails invitations or emails evites, tracks the guest lists, and staffs events. Also supports organizing speakers for some events through the Speaker Source tool.
    • Coordinates with Volunteer Vertical to support events, order supplies, and other essential administrative tasks.
    • Research inquiries from team members regarding pledges, sponsorships, and other gifts, as well as companies and individuals United Way hopes to engage as donors.
    • Creates and maintains internal workflow of thank you and solicitation mailings to donors. Works with Development staff to personalize mailings. Ensures thank you and solicitation letters are correct and mailed out within an established time frame.
    • Tracks events, mailings, and electronic communication organizes information and processes for historical purposes.
    • Coordinates to record and share Institutional Philanthropy meeting minutes and agendas.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Lived experience and/or demonstrated professional skills working within a diverse work environment.
    • Demonstrated success in fundraising and excellent relationship building skills, from discovery through closing gifts.
    • Proven strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships and actively contribute as a member of working teams to achieve results.
    • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to obtain, analyze and evaluate information effectively in the face of ambiguity and make appropriate decisions based.

    • Demonstrated planning & implementing skills.
    • Proven project management skills.
    • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and donor data base knowledge.

    Education and/or Experience:

    Associate degree, or equivalent, in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. At least three years’ experience in administrative, data processing, or related work. Proven working knowledge of planned giving a plus. Experience in fundraising is desirable.

    Compensación

    Compensation:

      • The hourly rate for this position ranges from $28.58 to $30.08.
