P/t seasonal (summer). Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented person to keep our small-but-busy outdoors rec/educ nonprofit running smoothly through the summer. Responsibilities include: tracking budget expenses, coordinating with payroll svc, managing 1099 documentation, coordinating/disseminating staff schedules, fielding HR/admin questions from staff, monitoring bank account, nonprofit compliance as needed, and assisting w/ Board and other mtg logistics. The ideal candidate brings some prior experience in office/business administration, bookkeeping, or nonprofit ops/mgmt., and can work independently with minimal supervision. Best if we’re mission-aligned in an area of your interest: Environmental, Outdoor Education, or Recreation & Tourism Management. $400/mo. flat monthly retainer for roughly 5-8 hrs/wk. (negot.)
