Head of Partnerships

We’re building the future of the skilled trades—and we need a hustler to make it happen. Help grow a new non-profit organization focused on the skilled trades

At GRIT, our mission is bold: raise $1M+ to fuel national apprenticeship and training programs. As our first Head of Partnerships, you’ll:

1. Own all partnerships—leverage warm intros + cold outreach to get 100+ logos on our site.
2. Build fundraising tiers that actually convert (30% cold, 70% warm).
3. Manage relationships, share success stories, and lock in 90%+ renewals.

We’re looking for:

1. Startup grit, charisma, and relentless hustle.
2. Someone who believes in our mission and thrives wearing multiple hats.
3. Fundraising chops (bonus if you know trades or nonprofits, but not required).

This is a ground-floor role with huge upside: you’ll shape the playbook, the partnerships, and the future of GRIT.
