Job Summary
JCADA Therapists empower survivors of IPV by helping them build tools and coping strategies that reduce trauma-related symptoms and increase their emotional and physical safety. This position is supervised by the Director of Clinical Supervision and the Director of Clinical Operations.

Education and Experience
Salary: $60,000-65,000 plus benefits, including: short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, medical, dental, and vision insurance plan, SIMPLE Individual Retirement Account with match up to 3%, unlimited paid time off, and more. The value of our package offered is approximately $12,000. This position is contingent upon grant funding.
This position is full time and hybrid. Most of our clinical work is remote work. At least one evening is required.
