About the role:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to head our Industry Relations, Campus Placements, and Alumni Engagement functions. This role is critical to our mission of achieving high placement rates for students across multiple states. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for driving large-scale placement outcomes, developing strategic employer partnerships, and strengthening our alumni network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Placement Strategy & Execution: Own and drive annual placement targets across centers in Karnataka, Telangana, Goa, Maharashtra, and AP.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand the employment landscape for fresher talent in Tier II/III cities.
- Partnership Building: Build strategic relationships with HR leaders and TA Heads to onboard new employer partners in IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare.
- Institutional Collaboration: Establish placement cells within partner universities and institutions to create a distributed placement structure.
- Team Leadership: Manage a multi-location team of Placement Managers and Executives; define KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
- Alumni Engagement: Develop a structured framework to leverage our alumni base for placements, enrollments, and organizational support.
- Process Excellence: Standardize placement processes, dashboards, MIS reporting, and employer feedback mechanisms to align curriculum with industry demand.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of annual placement, joining, and CTC targets.
- Volume of new employer partnerships added and growth in offers from existing partners.
- Total employment opportunities generated for the student base.
- Effective leverage of the Alumni network for mobilization and placement.
