    Role Overview:

    As the Sr. Human Resources Associate, you will work closely with the founders to strengthen people policies and processes. You will be instrumental in maintaining a high-performing team characterized by a strong organizational culture and clearly defined development strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    

    1. Organization Processes & Administrative Management
    • Maintain a joyful, healthy, and productive office environment and coordinate with vendors as needed.
    • Implement necessary policies, including POSH, compensation/reimbursement, EPF, and norms for field/remote roles.
    • Manage team activity (leaves, reimbursements) using HR management software (Keka), and track organizational assets such as laptops and phones.
    • Coordinate travel and stay arrangements for the team as required.
    1. Talent Management
    • Manage end-to-end hiring: drafting JDs, outreach, sorting applications, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Develop structured recurring internship and volunteering programs

    Support team reviews, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.

    • Identify learning and development opportunities aligned with team member roles.
    1. Building Organizational Culture
    • Maintain a team engagement calendar to nurture a mission-driven culture and foster the exchange of ideas.
    • Organize and facilitate team events and retreats.
    • Facilitate internal communication and serve as the primary point of contact for team feedback and requests.

    Qualifications & Experiences

    • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field with 0–1 year of experience, OR a Graduate degree with 2–3 years of experience in HR-adjacent roles.
    • Mindset: Passionate about social change and willing to commit at least 2 years to build our organizational foundation.
    • Skills: Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort with digital tools.
