Parenting for Non-Violence (P4NV) is a mission-driven nonprofit empowering families through non-violent parenting education. We’re hiring a Major Gifts Officer & Grant Writer to drive our fundraising strategy—focusing on cultivating major donors ($5K+) and expanding grant support.
Your Role:
- Develop and manage a major gifts strategy to grow donor engagement and revenue
- Identify, cultivate, and steward high-capacity donors through personal outreach, proposals, and events
- Partner with leadership and board to leverage networks and align donor interests with P4NV’s impact
- Research and write compelling grant proposals aligned with program goals
- Track donor and funder relationships, deadlines, and reporting
You Bring:
- 3–5 years of success in major gift fundraising and grant writing
- Strategic thinking, strong communication, and relationship-building skills
- A passion for family-focused, community-driven work
- Bachelor’s degree required; experience with CRM tools a plus
