Development Coordinator Remote, Full-Time Position

PHA made a commitment to add 100 million servings of fruits, vegetables, and legumes to the marketplace, and we have made significant progress towards that goal, providing 45 million servings to-date through evidence-based programs.
Position Summary: PHA is seeking an early-career development professional to play an integral role in the day-to-day administrative operations of the development department under the supervision of the Senior Vice President of Development.
The Development team is currently responsible for raising $7M. The Development Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the CRM database to ensure the organization has the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding revenue and donor pipelines. In addition, this position will play an important role with executing processes regarding donor engagement and donor communications, which are crucial to PHA’s ability to effectively raise revenue.
This fully remote position will join a highly motivated, collaborative team that is based across the country. There will be domestic travel involved, and this position should plan on at least 3-6 trips per year. Key

Staffing: This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Development.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience.
