Experience: 2+ years to CTO level

⚙️ Your Contribution

Build and experiment with AI solutions for learning

Work with LLMs like GPT, BERT, and open-source models

Design prompts, evaluation frameworks, and scalable AI applications

Mentor engineers and contribute to NavGurukul’s AI strategy

We’re Looking For.

• Expert-level programming in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG, vector search solutions).
• LLM & NLP expertise – hands-on experience with GPT, BERT, vector databases, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Strong MLOps and deployment experience – model training, serving, monitoring, lifecycle management, and building production-grade AI systems at scale.
• A strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability – you can design architecture as well as roll up your sleeves and code.
• You keep informed about developments in AI and take an active interest in emerging research and industry trends, and you understand the implications for our product’s competitiveness and performance.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or thought leadership in the AI community is a heavy plus :)
